drying process occurs at temperature of 40-45°C. The berries have light
sorrow-sweet taste. The taste of fresh berries resembles like cranberries, dried
grapes and carrot and cherry mix. Dried berries are very soft and more tasty. It
is not recommended to dry the berries outside, because of the direct
heat of the sun, flies and other insects because of hygiene.
